1️⃣ Admission Rules
- Admission will be confirmed only after form submission and fee payment.
- All details must be verified by parents/guardians.
- Documents required:
- 2 Passport Size Photos
- Aadhaar Card (Photocopy)
- Last Marksheet
- Admission fee is non-refundable.
2️⃣ Fee Rules
- Monthly fee should be paid between 1st–5th of every month.
- Late Fine:
- ₹10/day (6th–10th)
- ₹20/day (after 11th)
- Absence without notice for more than 10 days may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable.
- Sibling & Multi-subject discount (10–15%) available.
3️⃣ Financial Problem & Discount Policy 💰
We believe financial issues should never stop education. Deserving students from economically weaker backgrounds can apply for a Fee Discount or Scholarship by submitting valid proof.
- Parents must submit an Application Letter explaining the reason for financial support.
- Attach at least one of the following documents:
- Income Certificate (from government authority)
- BPL / Ration Card Copy
- School Fee Waiver Certificate (if any)
- Discounts are approved only after verification by the Academy Director.
- Discount range: 10% – 50% based on financial status and performance.
- Discount may be discontinued if the student shows poor attendance or indiscipline.
4️⃣ Scholarship Policy 🏅
The Academy provides merit-based and need-based scholarships every academic session.
- Merit Scholarship: Top-performing students in quarterly or annual tests.
- Need-Based Scholarship: Students from financially weaker backgrounds with good performance.
- Special Talent Scholarship: For outstanding achievement in Olympiads or School Competitions.
- Full or Partial Fee Waiver (1–2 months) may be offered to eligible students.
- Scholarship continuation depends on discipline, attendance, and progress.
5️⃣ Class Rules 📚
- Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Homework must be completed on time.
- Mobile phones allowed only for educational purposes.
- Parents are advised to monitor performance regularly.
6️⃣ Discipline & Behavior
- Respect towards teachers and classmates is compulsory.
- Misbehavior or abusive language will lead to strict action.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and decorum.
- Uniform (if prescribed) should be neat and tidy.
7️⃣ Examination & Tests 🧠
- Weekly & Monthly tests are mandatory.
- No re-test will be provided without valid reason.
- Performance reports will be shared with parents monthly.
8️⃣ Parent–Teacher Meetings 🧩
- Monthly Parent Interaction Sessions will be held.
- Parents can discuss academic or behavioral progress.
- Feedback is encouraged for academy improvement.
9️⃣ Termination Policy ⚠️
- Continuous poor performance or unpaid fees may lead to termination.
- Misconduct or rule violation may cause immediate suspension.
- Management decision will be final and binding.
